Coaching sessions are typically one hour in duration.  Leadership development and facilitation sessions will be outlined in our proposal.

We are offer coaching and training packages.

For coaching, the sessions are typically bi-weekly but some clients prefer to meet more frequently.  Leadership development programs are tailored to the specific needs of the client.

All client discussions are considered confidential.

Our products are modular. We will provide you with a detailed quote based on your unique needs.

No pressure!  You explain what you are trying to accomplish, we share our insights and suggestions, and you decide if we are a good fit.  We truly want to help but if we are not the right fit, we will make suggestions on what may be a better fit.

You get to choose the package that feels most comfortable for you.  If it becomes clear that value is diminishing, we will bring it up with you to ensure you are comfortable and not pressured in any way to continue.

Regardless of the product you choose, we will clearly outline the structure of sessions in our proposal to you.

Yes, confidentiality is in place for coaching sessions and confidential interviews.  We request double confidentiality in leadership development and facilitated sessions meaning confidential in the session and outside of the session.
