This personality assessment provide insight into individual needs, stress behaviors and strengths that impact individual and team effectiveness. Each person that takes the personality assessment receives an individual debrief of the personality test.
Birkman Method® – Comprehensive Report With a Personal Debrief

The Birkman Method® consists of a 298-question personality assessment and a series of related report sets that facilitate team building, executive coaching leadership development, career counseling and interpersonal conflict resolution. The Birkman Method® combines motivational, behavioral and interest evaluation into one single assessment, which provides a multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis, thus reducing the need for multiple assessments. The questionnaire is delivered on-line and should take about 45 minutes to complete. It has been translated into 11 languages in addition to English.

Birkman On Demand® (BOD) – Self Interpretive
Birkman On Demand (BOD) is a web-based reporting tool delivering quick and easy to understand results from The Birkman Method®. Individuals and groups can discover their distinctive Birkman results through a series of topics that provide context for the results. Immediately, BOD can drive important dialogue between individuals or within groups to build self-awareness and awareness of others that can proactively manage the interpersonal conflicts that often reduce productivity. Leaders and managers can gain insights to the strengths, motivations, and stressors of the people they lead.

THINK! Maximizing Personal Effectiveness Workshop
This course focuses on key skill and behavioral areas that are critical to developing, escalating, and maintaining employee engagement. Additionally, the unique aspects of understanding the personality types and needs of direct reports will be linked to the Birkman Method assessment. Participants will have opportunities to practice their skills in class, and will walk away with tools to help them when they return to their jobs.
Participants will complete the Birkman Method® Assessment and gain deeper insight into the needs that drive their behavior and gain insight into how to identify and address the needs of their direct reports. These tendencies will be further emphasized in individual and team based activities.
