This program will provide participants with an understanding and awareness of the nature and dynamics of building productive relationships. Participants will develop an understanding of the how the techniques apply to internal customer relationships as well as to external prospects and clients.
We will develop a common understanding of the foundations of relationship management. The course focuses on key skill and behavioral areas that are critical to developing, escalating, and maintaining relationships. Additionally, the unique aspects of understanding the personality types and needs of others will be linked to the Birkman Method assessment. Participants will have opportunities to practice their skills in class, and will walk away with tools to help them when they return to their jobs.
Participants will complete the Birkman Method® Assessment and gain deeper insight into the needs that drive their behavior and gain the skills necessary to identify and address the needs of their internal and external prospects and clients. These tendencies will be further emphasized in individual and team based activities.
